Usage Precautions

Each batch mixing process test report should record: starting temperature, mixing time, rotor speed, top bolt pressure, discharge temperature, power consumption, quality difference between mixed rubber and total raw materials, and mixer type.

Note: When starting mixing experiments, first mix a compound with the same formula as the test compound to adjust the internal mixer's working state before formal mixing. For the same batch of mixed rubber, maintain consistent control conditions and mixing time.

Besides the feeding sequence, rubber compounding quality primarily depends on mixing temperature, charging capacity, rotor speed, mixing time, top bolt pressure, and rotor type.
