Product Overview

This advanced rheometer utilizes single-chip control technology, integrating host system, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors, and electrical interlocking components. The measurement and temperature control circuit consists of a temperature controller, platinum resistor, and heater, automatically tracking grid and ambient temperature changes while correcting PID parameters for rapid, precise temperature control. The data acquisition system and electromechanical chain automatically detect torque signals during the rubber vulcanization process, displaying temperature and set values in real-time. Upon vulcanization completion, the system automatically processes data, calculates results, and prints vulcanization curves with process parameters including vulcanization time and sulfurizing power torch.
