The rubber Banbury internal mixer is designed for plasticizing and mixing rubber compounds. This specialized equipment features a pair of rotors with specific shapes that rotate relatively, performing intermittent mastication and kneading of polymer materials within a sealed, temperature-controlled chamber with adjustable pressure.
