Machine Overview

The system features two hollow rollers or drilling rollers rotating in opposite directions. The front roller (operator side) can be moved horizontally via manual or electric control to adjust roller distance, while the rear roller remains fixed. Both rollers typically share identical dimensions but operate at different relative speeds to create strong shearing action for effective plasticizing or mixing. This open mill design is also applicable for various plastics processing applications.
