1 Technical Specifications
1 Equipment application and operation requirements
1.1 Main application: this dispersion kneader is mainly used for plasticating and mixing of plastic and rubber, as well as other variety kinds of polymers and etc.

4. Following items prepared by end user
A. Power cables from power supply to electrical control cabinet, power cables from electrical control cabinet to kneader main motor and power cables from titling motor/hydraulic pump motor to electrical control cabinet.
B. All pipelines outside rotary joints.
5. Fabrication and technical standards
5.1 Bedplate: welded by superior U steel and high-quality steel plate.
5.2 Mixing chamber: “W” shape jacket structure, consisting of chamber body and side plates, all of which are welded by superior steel plate through anneal treatment, inner side walls are hard chromium coating up to 0.10mm thick, hardness is around HRC50. Cavity of the jacket could pass through cooling water or heating steam. There is a plug-in type thermocouple fitted at bottom of the chamber, which is used for monitoring compound temperature.
5.3 Rotor assembly: rotor assembly is made up of rotor shaft and rotor wing blades, both through anneal treatment, rotor wing tips and shearing sides are through processing and polishing, first hard alloy welded, after polishing, hard chromium coating up to 0.10mm thick together with the whole working surfaces, hardness is around HRC50. Rotor shaft is with hollow structure, where there are pre-made holes extending to hollow cavity of the wing blades, therefore, forced cooling or heating rotor is possible. Dust stop of rotor ends are adopted with inlay type alloy moveable ring and fixed sealing ring. Inlay type alloy movable sealing ring is up to 8mm thick, hardness is around HRC55. The fixed sealing ring is made of 10-1 copper, which is embedded PTFE with self-lubricating function, bakelite sealing ring is also optional, this dust stop system is pretty reliable and featuring of an extra long service life.
5.4 Frame: welded by high-quality carbon constructional steel plate through vibration treatment.
5.5 Main air cylinder: cylinder inner side walls are through fine polishing treatment, so as to increase service life.
5.6 Upper ram: “M” shape jacket structure, welded by high-quality steel plate, through anneal treatment and polish processing, hard chromium coating up to 0.10mm thick, hardness is around HRC50. There is inlaid wear-resistant sealing strip made of bakelite resin surrounding the ram. Jacket cavity of the upper ram could pass through cooling water or heating steam to achieve specific mixing result.
5.7 Tilting device: mixing chamber tilting device is driven by motorized worm &gears. This mechanism is with wonderful self-locking function at any angle, no matter rotor forward or reverse rotating, therefore, it is very reliable and safe for the kneader operator.
5.8 Main motor: installation dimension and power grade are in line with international standards.
5.9 Hard-tooth gear reducer: made of 20CrMnTi low carbon alloy steel, through carburizing and quenching treatment, as well as gear grinding process.
