Product Introduction

During the polymer extrusion process, the twin-screw granulator performs shearing, mixing, and extrusion of conveyed solid melt polymer at controlled temperatures. The system manages physical state changes, mixing morphology, structural transformations, and the relationship between final mixture composition and properties.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feeding port and is kneaded into a ball under rotating screw action, rolling forward along the screw groove. Through shearing, compression, and stirring, the material undergoes further mixing and plasticization. Temperature and pressure gradually increase, creating viscous flow state conditions. The material passes through the machine head under controlled pressure and temperature to achieve the desired product shape.
