This multi-functional electric compactor is engineered and manufactured in compliance with the T0131-93 compaction test standard from the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China. The unit performs both heavy and light compaction tests, making it an ideal geotechnical testing instrument for highway construction, building projects, and scientific research applications.

Operation & Setup Instructions

The compactor must be securely mounted on a 500*450mm concrete foundation. Ensure proper leveling and vertical alignment before operation.

Initial Setup Procedure:

Connect the 12-core cable between the host unit and electrical control box. Apply 380V power to the electrical box and press the power switch. The digital display indicator will illuminate.

Direction Verification: Set an arbitrary count number and verify the main unit's running direction. If the motor fails to run and produces a buzzing sound, immediately press the stop button, cut power, and adjust the power supply phase sequence.

Testing Procedures

152mm Sample Testing

1. Load sample into cylinder and secure on machine

2. Set desired compaction count

3. Remove rotary latch

4. Close mainframe shield

5. Press stage-shifting button (indicator lights), then start button to begin compaction program

100mm Sample Testing

1. Load sample tube and secure on machine

2. Set compaction count

3. Insert rotary pin

4. Close mainframe shield
