Testing Principle

Using untensioned single-layer geotextile samples as screening media, the instrument operates at specified vibration frequency and amplitude. Water is sprayed on the sample and graded granular material, allowing particles to pass through. The effective pore size is determined by the specific particle size that passes through the sample.
