The ZL-8001C Computer Servo Type Universal Testing Machine combines electronic technology with mechanical transmission to deliver precise load speed control and accurate force measurement. This system offers high precision and sensitivity for load and displacement measurement, capable of constant-velocity loading and displacement testing. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, it is particularly suitable for quality control in production lines and is primarily used for testing non-metallic and metallic materials with loads less than 1 ton.

This testing machine is specifically designed for testing flexible materials with large deformations, such as rubber, plastics, and leather. It performs comprehensive tests including tensile strength, tear resistance, adhesive strength, and peel tests. Equipped with a large deformation extensometer, it provides specialized terminology for specimen measurement, making it ideal for materials requiring large deformation analysis.
The instrument consists of a pulling machine main body, fixtures, and movable high/low temperature components. The rally host portion features imported digital AC servo systems and a high-rigidity frame structure. The high/low temperature chamber includes double insulated glass doors for easy test observation, with all-stainless steel frames and liners for both aesthetic appeal and corrosion resistance.
Utilizes photoelectric encoders for displacement measurement and embedded single-chip microcomputer controllers with multifunctional software. The system automatically calculates stress, elongation rate (with extensometers), tensile strength, and elastic modulus, while automatically recording maximum points, breaking points, and designated point values. Computer display shows dynamic curves during testing, with post-test data analysis, curve amplification through graphics processing, report printing, and performance meeting international advanced standards.
