2000kN 3000kN Electro Hydraulic Compressive Test Machine

The 2000kN / 3000kN Electro-hydraulic Pressure Compressive Performance Test Machine is primarily used for testing the compressive strength of building materials including brick, stone, cement, and concrete, as well as evaluating the compressive performance of various other materials.

Space adjustment for compression testing is achieved through manual hand wheel rotation.

The hydraulic system operates through a filter screen that draws oil into the pump from the tank. Oil is transported via pipeline to the oil valve. When the hand wheel is turned to release oil, pressure pushes the piston while oil returns to the tank through the return pipe. When the hand wheel opens to receive oil, working fluid enters the tank through tubing, with pressure tubing and oil return valve completing the cycle.

This machine utilizes hydraulic loading with electronic force measurement, featuring digital load display, loading rate indication, maximum load maintenance, overload protection, and power data retention capabilities.

When test force exceeds 3% of maximum test force capacity, overload protection activates and automatically shuts down the oil pump motor.

Complete fixture set includes one compression platen fixture.
