Operation steps of DuPont impact tester:
1. Prepare the sample:
Determine the size of the sample according to the spacing between the fixtures (as required by the test regulations).
2. DuPont impact meter sample installation:
Place the sample in the center of the impact seat.
3. Adjust the required test height according to the test regulations (the height is every 50mm). Insert the fixed fork into the hole.
4. Select the weight, put the weight on the fixed fork, enter the test, take out the fixed fork firmly, the weight falls and impacts on the impact head, and the impact head impacts on the test piece.
Judgment of DuPont Impact Tester for Paint:
1. Remove the sample and observe the damage.
