Product Introduction

During the polymer extrusion process, the twin-screw granulator performs shearing, mixing, and extrusion of conveyed solid melt polymers at controlled temperatures. This process involves physical state changes, mixing morphology and structural transformations, and determines the relationship between the final mixture and material properties.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feeding port and is kneaded into a ball that rolls forward along the screw groove under rotating screw action. Through shearing, compression, and stirring, the material undergoes further mixing and plasticization. Temperature and pressure gradually increase, creating a viscous flow state that passes through the machine head under specific pressure and temperature conditions to achieve the desired product shape.
