This high-precision thermal conductive tester utilizes the heat flux method to measure thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. The system achieves fully automated detection with computer-generated test reports, providing exceptional measurement accuracy, reliability, and reproducibility.
The instrument stabilizes hot surface temperature on the sample side, measures heat transfer through the specimen, and calculates thermal conductivity and thermal resistance via heat flux measurement. With imported sensors and advanced computer technology, it's particularly suitable for measuring low thermal conductivity materials (accurate to 0.1MW).
Ideal for testing plastics, rubber, and insulation materials, this equipment is widely used in universities, research institutes, quality inspection centers, and industrial facilities. Compliant with GB/T10295-2008 and ASTM C518-04 standards for steady-state thermal resistance measurement.
