Product Introduction

During polymer extrusion, the twin-screw granulator performs shearing, mixing, and extrusion of conveyed solid melt polymers at controlled temperatures. This process facilitates physical state changes in polymers and materials, transforms mixing morphology and structure, and establishes the relationship between final mixture composition and material properties.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feeding port and, under rotating screw action, is kneaded into balls that roll forward along screw grooves. Through screw shearing, compression, and stirring, material undergoes further mixing and plasticization. Temperature and pressure gradually increase, creating viscous flow state conditions. Material passes through the machine head under specific pressure and temperature parameters to achieve desired product shape.
