●Product Introduction:
A hot deformation Vicat softening point testing machine, comprising a frame and a cooling component, wherein a fuel tank is provided within the frame, and the fuel tank is filled with dimethyl silicone oil; At least some of the cooling components are arranged outside the frame, and the cooling components include a cooling water tank, a cooling pump, and a heat exchanger arranged on the outer surface of the oil tank. The heat exchanger includes an inlet and an outlet, and the cooling water tank is connected to the cooling pump through an outlet pipe. The cooling pump is connected to the inlet through a first pipe, and the outlet is connected to the upper middle part of the cooling water tank through a second pipe. The cooling water tank is filled with cooling water. After the test is completed, the cooling pump is turned on, and the cooling water is circulated to the heat exchanger. The cooling water exchanges heat with the oil in the tank, promoting an accelerated decrease in oil temperature in the tank. When the oil temperature reaches the starting temperature of the test, the cooling pump is turned off, and the next test can be carried out. Experiment, shorten the downtime between each test and improve work efficiency
