The Main Function:
This machine is suitable for rubber, tire, hose, tape, shoe sole, plastic, film, acrylic, FRP, ABS, EVA, PU, aluminum-plastic tube, composite material, waterproof material, fiber, textile, wire and cable, paper, gold Testing and analysis of mechanical properties such as tension, compression, tearing, peeling (90 degrees and 180 degrees are acceptable) for flexible foils, tapes, wires, springs, wood, pharmaceutical packaging materials, tapes, etc.
Main Feature:
1. It is driven by Japanese Panasonic servo motor, and the transmission mechanism drives the beam to move up and down to realize the test loading process.
2. The whole control system has high cost performance and high reliability.
3. The whole test process is controlled by a microcomputer, and the load value, displacement value, deformation value, test speed and test curve are dynamically displayed in real time.
4. Microcomputer is used for data processing and analysis, and the test results can be automatically saved. After the test is over, the test curve can be recalled, and the test process can be reproduced through curve traversal, or curve comparison and curve amplification can be performed.
5. The test software under the Windows platform in English has strong data and graphics processing functions, and can print out complete test reports and test curves in real time.
