This instrument simulates mobile phones and other products to conduct repeated seat pressure life tests. Using a round aluminum rod pressure head driven by a cylinder, it applies adjustable pressure up to 17kg to measure damage after specified test cycles. Complies with YD/T 1539-2006 standard requirements.
\nThe testing procedure involves placing mobile communication handheld devices (unpackaged with battery installed and keyboard locked) front-up, vertically positioned on the test platform. The instrument applies (250 \u00b1 10)N pressure at 15-30 cycles per minute for 1000 cycles. Post-test evaluation ensures function, appearance, and assembly meet relevant standards. Devices with folding, sliding, or rotating structures are tested in closed cover state.
