1. Product features:

1.1. The dual-circuit structure of imported high temperature solenoid valve is adopted, which reduces the use

failure rate to the greatest extent.

1.2. Separate steam generation room to avoid direct impact of steam on the product, so as not to cause partial

damage to the product.

1.3. The labor-saving structure of the door lock solves the shortcomings of difficult locking of the disc handle of

the first generation product.

1.4.Cold air before the test; the design of emptying during the test (the air in the test barrel is discharged)

improves the pressure stability and reproducibility.

1.5. Ultra-long-term experiment operation time, long-term operation of the experiment machine for 400 hours.

1.6. Water level protection, through the water level Sensor in the test room to detect and protect.

pressure protection device.

2.1. Operating pressure: 1.2~2.89kg (including 1atm)

2.3. Pressurization time: 0.00 Kg ～ 1.04 Kg / cm2 about 45 minutes

2.4. PMl-air compressor, the equipment will work when it is energized, and provide air source for the equipment;

2.5.FRL1-Air source triple piece, filtering and decompressing air source;

2.6.SV1- intake valve, working when the pressure deviation (measured-setting) is lower than the set value

(such as -1KPa);

2.7.SV2-Exhaust valve, works when the pressure deviation (measured-set) is higher than the set value

(such as -1KPa);

2.8.SV3-Exhaust valve, normally open type, works when the equipment is running (closed), and stops when the

pressure relay is activated

2.9.TV1, TV2-flow control valve, manually adjust the inlet and exhaust flow;

2.10.PS1-pressure transmitter, measuring the absolute pressure in the box;

2.11.BP1-pressure relay, which detects the pressure in the box (absolute pressure or gauge pressure), and acts

when it is higher than the set value;

2.12.PG1-pointer pressure gauge, measuring the gauge pressure in the box, for reference;

2.13.RV1-Safety valve, normally closed type, opens when the pressure in the box is too high, used to protect the

safety of the equipment;

3.7 Control system:

a. Use Japanese-made RKC microcomputer to control the saturated steam temperature (using PT-100 platinum temperature sensor).

b. The time controller adopts LED display.

c. Use pointer to display pressure gauge.

3.8 Mechanical structure:

a. Round inner box, stainless steel round test inner box structure, in line with industrial safety container standards.

b. The patented packing design makes the door and the box more closely integrated, which is completely different from the traditional extrusion type, which can extend the packing life.

c. Critical point LIMIT mode automatic safety protection, abnormal reason and fault indicator display.

3.9 Security protection:

a. Imported high temperature resistant sealed solenoid valve adopts double loop structure to ensure no pressure leakage.

b. The whole machine is equipped with over-pressure protection, over-temperature protection, one-key pressure relief, manual pressure relief multiple safety protection devices, to ensure the user's use and safety to the greatest extent.

c. Back pressure door lock device, the door of the test chamber cannot be opened when there is pressure inside the test chamber.
