Using computer control, after setting the parameters on the computer, directly control the test parameters of the vulcanizer. Real-time display of vulcanization curve and temperature curve, storage of test results, can adjust the comparison of different test results and display them in different colors.
It adopts single-chip microcomputer control, which includes: host, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors and electrical interlocking components. Among them, the temperature measurement and control circuit is composed of a temperature controller, platinum resistance, and a heater, which can automatically track changes in the power grid and ambient temperature, and automatically correct PID parameters to achieve rapid and accurate temperature control. The data acquisition system and the electromechanical chain complete the automatic detection of the torque signal of the rubber vulcanization process, and automatically display the temperature and set value in real time. After vulcanization, automatic processing, automatic calculation, printing of vulcanization curve and process parameters. It displays vulcanization time, vulcanization torch, and has various audible prompts.

How it works:
The rubber sample into the mold cavity is almost entirely enclosed and maintained at test temperature, the mold cavity are of two parts, of which the lower part with a small linear reciprocating movement (swing oscillation), oscillatory shear specimen produced strain determination is the reaction torque of the mold cavity (force), this torque (force) depends on the shear modulus of rubber.
Curing test specimens after the start of the shear modulus increases, the computer machine real-time display and record the torque (force), when the torque (force) rose to a stable value or the maximum as well as return to the state, they get a torque ( force) and time curve, that is, curing curve (Figure 1), shape of the curve and test the temperature and plastic material characteristics.
