Application
This machine is designed according to GB/T16584 standards for testing rubber vulcanization characteristics and meets ISO6502 standards. It can measure critical parameters including T10, T30, T50, T60, and T90 according to Italian standards. The instrument tests unvulcanized rubber characteristics to determine optimal vulcanization time. Featuring imported intelligent digital temperature controllers for easy adjustment, wide temperature range, high accuracy, excellent stability, and reproducibility. Computer-controlled operation enables data storage, printing, and curve comparison with amplification capabilities in software.
Main Functions
Computer-controlled operation allows direct parameter setting and control of vulcanizer test parameters. Real-time display of vulcanization and temperature curves with data storage capabilities. Test results can be compared and displayed in different colors for analysis.
The system utilizes single-chip microcomputer control incorporating host unit, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors, and electrical interlocking components. The temperature control circuit includes temperature controllers, platinum resistance sensors, and heaters that automatically track power grid and ambient temperature changes with automatic PID parameter correction for rapid, precise temperature control. The data acquisition system and electromechanical chain automatically detect torque signals during rubber vulcanization, displaying temperature and set values in real-time. Post-vulcanization automatic processing calculates and prints vulcanization curves and process parameters while displaying vulcanization time and torque with audible prompts.
