Equipment Overview
The QUV UV aging testing machine simulates sunlight, rain, and dew to accelerate material degradation. Materials are exposed to alternating light and moisture cycles. Testing for days or weeks replicates months or years of outdoor exposure. Damage assessment includes: bleaching, discoloration, gloss loss, powdering, cracking, turbidity, bubbling, embrittlement, strength reduction, and oxidation.

Sunlight Simulation

Water Spray System
12-nozzle system (6 per side) simulates rainfall and thermal shock conditions. Short spray cycles create rapid cooling for thermal shock simulation and mechanical erosion testing.
Irradiation Intensity Control
