Air Exchange Rate Test Procedure

Comprehensive testing methodology for determining air exchange performance in aging test chambers:

Seal all ventilation holes, doors, thermometer holes, and gaps around the blower using pressure-sensitive tape
Connect a standard watt-hour meter to the aging chamber's power system
Control working chamber temperature to 80±2℃ above ambient temperature
Measure electrical energy consumption after temperature stabilization for 2 hours
Remove seals and repeat measurement with air exchange port open
Calculate air exchange rate using standardized formula

Where:

N = Air exchange rate (times/hour)
P1 = Average electrical power consumed when sealed (W)
P2 = Average electrical power consumed when open (W)
△T = Difference between chamber temperature and ambient temperature (℃)
V = Working chamber volume (L)
d = Density of air at surrounding ambient temperature (g/L)
