Product Overview

The Electric Disc Type Liquid Limit Device is designed to determine the liquid limit of soil specimens through precise mechanical operation. The apparatus separates the specimen into two equal halves using a knife, with the disc falling from a 10mm height at a rate of 2 times per second.

When the impact count reaches 25 times and the closure length of the two semi-paste sections at the bottom measures exactly 13mm, the corresponding moisture content represents the liquid limit of the material.
