Automatic Interface Tension Tester For Chemical , Petroleum , Electricity , Railway
The platinum ring method is a traditional test method, which takes about 70 years. It is made of a platinum wire having a diameter of 0.37 mm and a ring having a circumference of 60 mm. During the test, the platinum ring is immersed in the liquid surface (or two non-mixed interfaces) for 2-3 mm, and then the platinum ring is slowly lifted upward, and a film is formed between the ring and the liquid surface. The membrane has a pull-down force on the platinum ring, measuring the maximum force applied to the ring during the entire platinum ring lift process, and then converting it to a true surface (interface) tension value.
The automatic interface tension measuring instrument is based on the principle of [Platinum Ring Method] to measure the surface tension value of precise liquid.
