Test Standard:
Complies with IEC60529:2001 "Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)", GB4208-2008 "Enclosure Protection Level (IP Code)" 14.2.5, 14.2.6 terms and Figure 6 and GB7000.1 "Lamps Part 1: General Requirements and Tests 9.2.6, 9.2.7 and Figure 9.5 requirements.
Equipment use:
The main function of the equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated rain conditions. After the test, it is judged whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.
Features:
1. Split structure, safe and reliable.
2. The equipment rack and sample turntable are all made of high quality aluminum alloy and SUS304# stainless steel plate to ensure no rust for long time use.
3. The electric parts of the turntable are fully sealed to effectively prevent leakage of water.
4. The turntable uses the speed-regulating motor, the speed is steplessly adjustable within the standard range, and can control the forward and reverse rotation (suitable for the sample with power-on test to prevent winding).
5. The spray water flow is adjusted by the flow meter and adjusted manually.

7. All electrical components are imported brands such as LG and Omron; the wiring process conforms to the requirements of national standards, the layout of the electric board is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the marking is clear.
8. Bring the water tank, the water tank float valve automatically controls the water inlet, and has low water level alarm monitoring to effectively prevent the water pump from running dry and damaged.
9. The test time is controlled by time relay, which is simple and practical; it can be set: 0-999min (adjustable), after the test is completed, it will stop automatically; (IPX56: test time can be set on the touch screen).
10, IPX5 and IPX6 one-key conversion, one-button start, automatic shutdown, simple and intelligent.
