Battery Explosion-proof Testing Machine
Battery explosion-proof box is mainly used for battery over-charge and over-discharge test. The battery is put in the explosion-proof box, connected to external charge and discharge tester. The operator and equipment are under protection.
Specification and Parameter:
1. Size of each test case :500*500*500mm(L*W*H);(or customized)
2. Material quality: outer container:3mm A3 steel plate with stoving varnish , inner container: SUS#201 stainless steel
3.Single door, double layer door, the inner door is made of stainless steel material.The front observation window is notavailable.
4.The door is connected with the box body by a strong hinge,explosion proof door lock
5. The side convection window: open a 200 x 300mm hatch at each side of each box (also can only open the front and back side), in order to abstract heat and convection. With stainless steel mesh, it can prevent explosion and splash effectively.
6.Put a electric board or affix the tape inside the test box,effective for inflaming retarding and insulation , easy to clean.
7.Open two circular mounting ports at the rear part of each box, which is convenient for the testing and connecting wires to pass through.
8.There is a separate test panel to control the lighting and exhaust of each test room.Smoke detection alarm is available, when there is a fire, the exhaust fan would be turned on automatically;
