Product Overview
This three-in-one temperature humidity vibration combined test chamber integrates temperature & humidity climate control, electrodynamic vibration excitation and shock measurement & analysis system into one unit. It is professional comprehensive environmental reliability test equipment, specially developed for automotive electronics, new energy battery, electronic components, aerospace parts, household appliances and polymer materials.
The machine can simulate complex working conditions including high & low temperature, humidity, vibration and mechanical shock synchronously. It applies multi-stress environment on test samples at the same time, which can truly reproduce the product failure problems easily encountered during transportation, operation and extreme climate exposure. It is widely used for product reliability verification, accelerated aging test, HALT / HASS stress screening and product R&D failure analysis in laboratory.
Core Structure & Working Principle
The equipment consists of three core modules: temperature & humidity chamber cabinet, electrodynamic vibration shaker system and shock measurement & data acquisition analysis system.
All modules work synchronously. The sample inside the chamber bears temperature, humidity and vibration/shock load at the same time, which realizes the composite environmental stress test.

Technical Advantage
Different from separate climate chamber and independent vibration shaker, our three-in-one combined test machine realizes synchronous loading of temperature, humidity and vibration/shock stress. There is no need to disassemble and transfer samples between different test equipment, which avoids secondary damage of samples during transfer and improves the accuracy and repeatability of reliability test data.
The shock measurement system is fully matched with the vibration shaker. It can capture transient shock signals accurately, record shock pulse curve automatically, which provides reliable data support for evaluating the anti-shock performance of products under high and low temperature & humid environment.
