The ZL-8001A Computer Servo Type Universal Testing Machine combines electronic technology with mechanical transmission for accurate load speed and force measurement. It features high accuracy and sensitivity for load, displacement measurement and control, capable of constant-velocity loading and displacement testing. Simple to operate, it's ideal for quality control in production lines, primarily for testing non-metallic and metallic materials with loads less than 2 tons.
Features photoelectric encoder for displacement measurement, embedded single-chip microcomputer controller with multifunction software combining measurement, control, calculation and storage. Automatically calculates stress, rate of elongation, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and statistical results. Records maximum points, breaking points, and designated values. Computer displays dynamic testing curves and processes data for post-test analysis.
