Zhongli warrants all products manufactured by Zhongli to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 12 months or 36 months after the original purchase date. The warranty covers only the product itself and excludes labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. What's the return policy?

Customers must report any damage within 7 days of receipt by sending digital photographs of damaged items. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and claims beyond this 7-day period will not be deemed valid.

How about in case of breakage?

Zhongli accepts returns for refund within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be acknowledged by Zhongli prior to return, include the initial sales invoice number on the package, and be in original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
