Programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber, also known as constant temperature and humidity test machine, constant temperature and humidity experiment chamber, constant temperature machine or constant temperature and humidity chamber, specializing in testing the performance of various materials heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance. Suitable for electronics, plastic products, electrical appliances, instruments, food, vehicles, metal, chemical, building materials, aerospace, medical products and other industries for quality testing.

Construction and Materials

Machine is constructed with stainless steel exterior with powder paint finish.

Working Principle

Heating system uses completely independent nickel-chromium alloy electric heating type with excellent resistivity, small resistance temperature coefficient, minimal deformation at high temperatures, and resistance to embrittlement. Heating temperature reaches 1000-1500℃ with long service life.

Humidification system features external isolation type with all stainless steel boiler-type shallow surface evaporation humidifier. Dehumidification uses mechanical refrigeration to cool air below dew point temperature, causing water vapor condensation to reduce humidity.

Air circulation system consists of temperature-resistant, low-noise air-conditioning-type motor and multileaf centrifugal wind wheel for efficient air circulation within the testing chamber.

Control system utilizes intelligent temperature and humidity controller with PID control technology for precise temperature rise rate, accuracy, and stable performance.
