This pharmaceutical environmental test chamber is designed for stability testing of drug storage under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. The equipment tests materials for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance, and moisture resistance with simple operation and easy programming capabilities.
Equipment Overview
The constant temperature and humidity test chamber, also known as high and low temperature alternating humidity and heat testing machine, is essential testing equipment for electrical appliances, aviation, automotive, home appliances, coatings, scientific research, and other fields. It tests and determines parameters and performance of electrical, electronic, and other products and materials under various environmental conditions including dry, drought, cold, and humidity test temperature environment changes.

Working Principle
The constant temperature and humidity test chamber consists of temperature regulation (heating and cooling) and humidification systems. A rotary fan installed in the top of the chamber circulates air to balance temperature and humidity. Built-in sensors collect data transmitted to the temperature and humidity controller for processing, which issues adjustment commands to air heating units, condensing tubes, and water tank heating evaporation units.
Temperature regulation occurs through built-in temperature sensors collecting data processed by the temperature controller, connected to air heating units for temperature increase or cooling solenoid valves for temperature reduction. Humidity adjustment uses body humidity sensors collecting data processed by the humidity controller, connected to water tank heating elements for humidity increase or refrigeration solenoid valves for moisture control.
Multiple protection measures include temperature system safety limits with over-temperature protector, air heating elements that stop with rotating fan and automatic power off, humidification system that stops with low water level, and refrigeration system that stops working when chamber temperature exceeds 40℃ or humidity increases.
