Key Features
Simulated Sunlight
Material durability damage is primarily caused by solar ultraviolet radiation. Our UV lamps simulate the short-wave ultraviolet spectrum of sunlight with minimal visible or infrared spectral energy. Different UV lamp wavelengths are available based on testing requirements.
UV Lamp Types
- UVA-340 Lamp: Excellently simulates short-wave UV light in sunlight from 365nm to 295nm cutoff wavelength.
- UVB-313 Lamp: Provides stronger short-wave UV radiation than natural sunlight for accelerated material aging, primarily used for quality control, R&D, and severe weather resistance testing.
- UVA-351 Lamp: Simulates UV sunlight through windows, ideal for testing indoor material aging.
Temperature Control
Temperature can be precisely controlled at set values throughout each cycle, with board monitoring via thermometer. Higher temperatures accelerate aging processes while ensuring test reproducibility.
Water Spray System
Water spray simulation better replicates end-use environmental conditions, effectively mimicking temperature fluctuations and rainfall-induced thermal shock or mechanical erosion. The system features 12 nozzles (6 per test chamber side) that can operate for minutes then shut down, rapidly cooling samples and creating thermal shock conditions.
Irradiation Intensity Control
Optional light intensity control enables precise, reproducible results. This system allows setting different intensity requirements for various tests and extends fluorescent lamp lifespan through precise feedback loop control.
