Product overview:
• Implementation standard: IEC60851-5.
• It is applied to test paint film’s continuity (namely the number of pinholes unit length) of round enameled wire with diameter from 0.050mm to 1.600mm.
• There are 8 different voltages for your choice: 350V, 500V, 750V, 1000V, 1500V, 2000V, 2500V, and 3000V.
• Length of testing wire is from 0m to 99.9m.
• All test processes can be accomplished automatically.
• LED can display the length of testing wire and the numbers of pinhole.
• It adopts brush-less electromotor, whose guide pulley and collect-line pulley have the same electricity potential.
• The quality of circuit board is more stable and it has longer service life with anti-static and anti-moist treatment and aging-processed for a long time.
• All the testing data and the sample characteristics value can be transfer to computer automatically, the MPS6 enameled wire quality data administation system can save and analyze these data.
