Test objective: This machine is suitable for lithium battery (or battery pack) burning
resistance test
Test description:
(1),The lithium ion battery or the battery pack is placed on a steel wire gauze. The wire gauze is located on the round hole,which has a diameter of 4 inches(102mm ) .The wire gauze is composed of
wire with 20 mesh per inch.It has a diameter of 0.017 inches(0.43mm).
(2),The wire gauze is placed at a distance of about 38mm above the flame.
(3),Cover an octagon aluminium wire netting around the sample.The aluminium wire netting specifications: distance on both sides parallel to each other is (610 + 10) mm ,height is (305 + 5) mm. aluminum wire has a diameter of 0.25mm ,mesh number is 16~18.
(4),To ensure that the test sample is heated on the wire net until explosion or the lithium battery (battery pack) is ignited and burned out.
Test results: After the test, the components of the battery (except for dust products) or the whole battery may not penetrate the aluminum mesh.

1,The box is made of stainless steel, easy to clean. Meanwhile, tapes are covered inside the burning box body,easy to clean, easy to maintain
2 A visible toughened glass window is in the front of the box body
3 The upper part of the box is equipped with an exhaust flue which can be externally connected with an exhaust tube. The heat generated in the test process is quickly exhausted out of the box
