Product Overview

ZL-9033 is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of printing ink layers on printed matter, the abrasion resistance of PS plate photosensitive layers, and the abrasion resistance of surface coatings on related products. This instrument effectively analyzes problems such as scratch resistance of printed matter, ink layer fastness, and coating hardness of various products.

Test Principle

Clean offset paper undergoes friction testing on the surface of printed matter under specific pressure. After a predetermined number of cycles, the sample is removed to test surface density. The ratio of the sample before and after friction determines the wear resistance of the ink layer.
