GB / T1540-2002 COBB Surface Absorption Tester For Paper or Cardboard
Equipment summary:
The design of the instrument is based on the GB/T1540-2002 paper and cardboard water absorption method (Cobb method) provides basic parameters and requirements. This standard applies to determination of surface water absorption about all kinds of paper or cardboard. But it is not for the accurate evaluation of paper or the writing performance of cardboard.
Main feature:
The value of paper and cardboard surface water absorbing capacity (Cobb): the unit area of paper and
cardboard in a certain pressure and temperature, within the time specified the absorption of water by surface to g / ㎡ meter. The specific formula is as follows: C = (G2 - G1) x 100. (C - value of Cobb water absorption; G2 - the sample quality after absorbing water; G1 - the sample quality before absorbing water) Paper and cardboard absorbing tester is the conventional instrument of the paper and cardboard surface water absorptiontet, also called the weight of paper surface absorption tester. The instrument adopts Cobb test method of the various methods in the absorption test, it is also called Cobb absorption tester.
