Operating Principle

Under prescribed conditions, put in the sample oblique angle of 45°, the specimen ignition, sample up the time needed for a certain distance with flame combustion, a measure of the combustion intensity as the evaluation of the textiles.

For fabrics with raised surface, the ignition or melting state of the backing cloth shall be taken as an additional indicator of the intensity of combustion, but it shall be noted.
