Main purpose:

According to the production of motorcycle helmet GB811-2010, it is mainly used to test the stiffness performance of motorcycle helmets. Widely used in motorcycle helmet related production, scientific research, quality supervision and testing and other units.

 

Main features:

1.The host structure of a single column structure, up and down straight line movement

2.The test process touch screen + PLC + special test program control. Automatic control of the program, the use of special motors and controllers, the speed does not need to be manually adjusted, the program automatically adjusts according to the test conditions, automatic test data and results of judgment and processing.

Results of the decision:

According to GB811-2010 motorcycle member helmet regulations, helmet stiffness performance should be met (only for Class A helmets)

1. Under the force of 630N, the difference between the deformation along the test shaft and the initial load of 30N is not more than 40mm.

2. When gradually unloading and restoring the load of 30N, the difference between the measured deformation and the initial load of 30N is not more than 15mm.
