A circular sampler designed to cut and obtain samples from various materials including wool, cotton, fiber, knitting fabrics, and other textiles.

1. Place the sample to be cut on the rubber matting, then position the sampler on top of the sample
2. Remove the locking device and rotate it approximately 90º
3. Use one hand to control the sampler while the other hand holds the handwheel
4. Press and rotate the handwheel clockwise (rotation > 90º)
5. Return the locking device to its original position
6. Ensure blades are not exposed to avoid injury

• Equipped with four replaceable blades (standard razor blades)
• Blade replacement: Loosen cross screws, carefully remove pressure plate and blade, install new blades, and tighten screws
• Ensure all four blades remain at the same level during replacement
• Bottom features multiple snicks to prevent skidding and facilitate cutting
