Overview:
This machine is used to measure the viscosity or, coking and sulphur index of raw rubber in blended rubber. Microcomputer control, data display, automatic calibration, is the ideal experimental instrument for rubber industry and scientific research units. Imported intelligent digital temperature control instrument, easy to adjust and set, large temperature control range. Computer control and interface board are used for data acquisition, storage, processing and printing of test results and curves.
Mooney rubber Viscometer testing machine
It is an instrument used for measuring the mooney viscosity of a substance (mainly elastomers and rubbers). It contains a rotating spindle and heated dies, the substance encloses and overflow the spindle and the mooney viscosity is calculated from the torque on the spindle.

Measure of Mooney viscosity (Large rotor):
MI -- initial Mooney viscosity.
ML – The minimum Mooney value in the last 30 seconds before the motor stopped.
Mx-t - Mooney value relating to time t.
x-the time of preheat, t-Mooney test time
Stress Relaxation
MRe - Mooney value at the end of stress relaxation.
TRx - time needed for x% torque stress relaxation.
Xy% - % of Viscosity decay after motor stopped y sec.
