ZXQ-2000S-Simple Control Version Metallographic Specimen Mounting Machine is a practical automatic mounting machine with independent intellectual property rights newly developed for the market. One design patent and two utility model patents have been obtained.
This automatic inlaying machine can accurately apply pressure through the load cell, with an accuracy of within ±1kg; the heating power is up to 1000W; the combination of water cooling and air cooling; the upper mold has a supporting pole, and has the function of sample preparation linkage. The pre-stored recipe library of common thermosetting materials can quickly and conveniently select parameters such as temperature, pressure and time for various thermosetting materials.
The controller adopts aluminum alloy anodizing process frame and stainless steel buttons, which is very easy to clean and maintain; the 5-inch high-resolution touch control screen has bright and delicate colors; independent research and development of control programs, in-depth customization of the 32-bit ARM control system is stable and reliable.
