Functions:
The main function of this equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of the products under the conditions of high pressure/steam jet cleaning process for passenger cars, buses, tractors, motorcycles and other vehicles and their parts. After the test, verify whether the performance of the product meets the requirements through verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.
Features:
1. Applicable to IPX9 waterproof grade test of products.
2. The outside is made of domestic high-quality steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with baking paint, which is beautiful and durable.
3. The inside and turntable are all made of SUS304# stainless steel plate to ensure that it will not rust after long-term use.
4. Structures: Self contained water tank for circulating water; The water storage tank is equipped with a water level float valve to automatically control the water inlet, and has a low water level alarm detection to effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to lack of water.
5. There is a transparent observation window (toughened glass) on the door, and LED lights are installed in the box to observation of internal test conditions.
6. Four fan-shaped nozzles are evenly distributed within 90 ° vertically on the right side of the box, which are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the standards.
7. The water spray flow, pressure and temperature can be setting on the touch screen.
8. Turntable drive: used local high-quality speed regulating motor, and the speed and angle can be set (optional) on the touch screen, which is accurate and stepless adjustable within the standard range.
9. The test chamber adopts the original imported water pump from Germany, which is resistant to high
temperature and high pressure, can be used for a long time and has stable performance.
10. The test time can be set on the touch screen, and the setting range is 0-999min (adjustable).
11. The core control system adopts Taiwan Weilun 7-inch touch screen + Weilun PLC, and the electrical components adopt imported brands such as LS and OMRON. The wiring process meets the requirements of national standards, the layout of electric board is reasonable, the wiring is firm and the marking is clear.
