Overview:

 

The whole stainless steel metal pipe is used to detect the opening ratio, the closed cell ratio, the cut hole correcting opening ratio, and the cut hole correcting closed cell rate of the foaming material, rigid foam, core, metal and the like by the gas expansion method. Automatic analytical instruments, mainly used in insulation materials, sound insulation materials, metal materials, petroleum exploration and other industries, can test polyurethane foam, phenolic foam, core, metal blocks, soil blocks and other materials. The instrument uses a built-in control system, and all functions of the instrument can be realized through touch screen operation.

 

Functions: opening and closing porosity, porosity (for block materials, such as foam materials, cores, metal components, etc.), in line with GB/T 10799-2008, ASTM D6226-2005, ISO4590: 2002;

 

Real volume (all types of non-volatile, non-corrosive solids, liquids, with closed cells);

 

1.Test accuracy: accuracy error ≤ ± 0.02%, repeatability error ≤ 0.02%, resolution: 0.0001g / cm3;

2.Pressure range: 100KPa-200KPa. The user can freely set the maximum pressure to reduce the error caused by the deformation of the

Technical characteristics

 

Built-in microcomputer touch screen operating system, no need for human operation during the test, automatically display test data after the test is over; no need to connect to the computer, completely avoid the operation error caused by computer problems, and provide safer and more convenient operation mode;

 

Different volume sample tubes directly serve as sample test chambers, which can effectively utilize the test chamber volume and can significantly improve the test accuracy. Different volume sample tubes can simultaneously meet the requirements of micro-volume and large-volume sample loading to achieve the purpose of improving test accuracy;

 

Original imported pneumatic valve, no heat problem, fundamentally guarantee the ideal constant temperature effect of the test system;

All stainless steel hard seal cartridge type pipe, no pipe joint between valve and valve, reduce leakage point, uniform temperature field, stainless steel sealed pipe, service life is 100 times that of PU pipe, air leakage rate is lower than 10- 10Pa*m3/s;

 

During the operation of the instrument, the airtight system is automatically checked for air tightness, and the reference cavity and the sample tube are automatically judged to have air leakage, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the test result;

 

The original data calculation method completely avoids the influence of gas volume change and environmental change caused by the system hardware on the test results, and can effectively improve the test accuracy;

 

Through the control unit of the operation interface, the operation of each hardware of the instrument can be controlled, which helps the operator to understand the working principle of the instrument, and when the instrument fails, the fault point is found in time to facilitate subsequent inspection and maintenance;

 

After the test is completed, the system automatically restores the normal pressure to prevent the sample from splashing when the sample tube is disassembled;

Test principle: Using the Archimedes principle-gas expansion displacement method, using the small molecular inert gas (He or N2) as the medium, calculate the volume of gas discharged from the sample in the test chamber by the ideal gas state equation: PV=nRT. Thereby accurately measuring the true volume of the sample (including closed cells), and then calculating the opening and closing porosity according to the apparent volume of the material and the volume before foaming.

 

The gas expansion replacement method is to measure the volume of the sample by replacing the liquid with a gas. This method can avoid the test error caused by the dissolution of the sample in the immersion method, and has the advantage of not damaging the sample. Because the gas can penetrate into the tiny pores in the sample and the irregular pores on the surface, the measured sample volume is closer to the true volume of the sample, which can be used to calculate the open and closed porosity of the sample.
