Rubber Boots Water Permeability Testing Machine , Socks Waterproof Tester

This testing machine utilizes both inflatable and immersion methods to evaluate the waterproof seal of rubber surfaces on shoes and boots. During testing, the specimen is sealed with a specialized pressure fixture and submerged to a specified depth while being filled with constant pressure air. Any water penetration is immediately detected by bubble formation.

Inflation Method: The shoe/boot opening is sealed and filled with a measured quantity of air before being immersed in water. The water surface remains less than 75 mm from the shoe opening. After a specified period, the surface is observed for bubble formation indicating leaks.

Immersion Method: The test shoes/boots are fully immersed in water with the surface maintained less than 75 mm from the water surface. Following immersion, the specimens are removed and inspected for water infiltration.

This machine is suitable for production line implementation, enabling comprehensive quality control of finished product waterproofing.
