Summary:

 

Check the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance by the heat flux method is popular in the world, to achieve automatic detection with computer generated test report. Instruments by adding hot surface temperature stability on the sample side heat transfer to the surface through the specimen, transfer heat flux measurement to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance.
