This equipment is designed for testing material characteristics of wire type, skin type, plastic, rubber, and cloth. Equipped with a special ventilation regulator to maintain fresh air inside during heating operations.
The testing machine features a sophisticated air-displacement adjustment device and digital instrumentation including voltage meter, current meter, watt-hour meter, and timer for measuring air replacement rate. The horizontal circulatory air supply system with dual-side airflow regulators ensures internal temperature uniformity and stability.
Accord with ASTM D5423-9(R2005)(Ⅱ-Type oven), ASTMD 5374-93(2005), UL-1581, GB, VDE, JIS, IEC standards.
Used to test material heat-resistance for polymer materials (plastics) and electrical insulation materials, including wire and cable sheathing, heat-shrinkable tubing, rubber, and PVC materials.
